Sierra Nevada mountain range. At an altitude of around 2400 feet,
Competa actually lies higher than Mount Ben Nevis! All year round
visitors stay in Competa - the summer months for the fabulous almost
guaranteed sunshine, and the winter months for the walks in the mountains,
bird watching or other interest driven activity. |

House Martins Rental Apartment
Just
outside Competa in an area known as 'el Campo' (the Countryside)
we have a lovely holiday apartment to rent (£135-£180
p/w). The apartment is just 5 -10 min's by car, yet rural enough
to enjoy the peace of the countryside, for those who want a
good holiday or looking to buy their own place in the sun and
looking for somewhere to stay.
This apartment in a villa was completed in 2005. It has use
of a private swimming pool, large patio area and gardens, it
has a double bed, its own fully equipped En Suit Shower room.
A Bed-settee which could take one extra person. The kitchen
is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, JML small
oven, washing machine etc. Fantastic views of the mountains,
sun beds, all linen is provided, English TV with Video, Romantic
open fire for those winter nights, Air conditioning / heating,
It’s so quiet here, the sun shines 300 days of the year,
you can just occasionally hear a distant voice across the valley,
at night you can smell the heavy sent of flowers from the garden.
